Community S.A.L.T

Image used by permission Ministry127.com At Living Water Community Church we are determined to serve our local community. Our people are Northern suburbs people - Epping, Lalor, Thomastown, Mill Park, South Morang, Mernda- but we welcome all people regardless of where they live.
We are here to serve the Northern suburbs in the following ways and will continually be looking to extend the ways we can serve as more people commit themselves to support us support our community.
We refer to all our ways of serving our community as Community S.A.L.T.  S.A.L.T stands for Salt And Light Transformation - in essence we seek to obey Jesus'  command to be active in seeing our communities transformed so that all people may be elevated and blessed and our Father in heaven exalted and honoured.

Community Partnerships

GALA (Get A Life Again) - This is an existing support group for parents and carers of children with special needs and disabilities that we are pleased to partner with by offering facilitation and administrative assistance.

Whittlesea District ATSS (Adult Training & Support Service) - This is a local agency with sites in Epping and Lalor, that provides a variety of flexible, appropriate services and supports for people with intellectual disabilities, their families and carers.  We are delighted to be partnering with them to help maintain their facilities by organising volunteer teams to help out with things such as gardening, painting and general maintenance.
